The MitoPro 300x is a great size since it can sit on a table and be angled in different directions alternately, it can be hung on a wall.

This panel has the following wave lengths: 590nm, 630nm, 660nm, 810nm, 830nm and 850nm

Each of these wavelengths plays a role in red light therapy (RLT) and near-infrared light therapy (NIR), offering unique benefits for different aspects of health. Here’s a breakdown of their effects:

Visible Red Light (590nm - 660nm)
