"When I signed up to do my YTT200 at The Yoga School, I never dreamed how life changing the journey would be for me. I had done my research regarding the content, read journals of others who have taken the course and chatted openly and honestly with my yoga teacher. I felt I was fully prepared for the path ahead. What I didn't expect was how it would change me, what I would learn about my own body and my mind, what I was capable of both physically and mentally, of what I can achieve. I have met some incredible people on this journey. We have supported, praised, laughed, cried and loved each other every step of the way and they are friends that I will always be truly grateful to have met. If you are considering doing your YTT200, then I would highly recommend The Yoga School, as I honestly couldn't be any prouder to be one of their very first graduates."

This group of 13 amazing yoginis have just graduated from our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program.

They have practiced and shared, laughed and cried, listened and questioned, sweat and occasionally swore, delved deep and discussed, lead and followed, supported and surrendered... they have grown and blossomed. They’ve experienced every aspect of yoga within themselves—where they are right now—both on the mat and in their daily lives. While the intensity of this life changing experience may fade as time continues, seeds have been planted. When they rest, those seeds will germinate. And every time they practice, on or off the mat, those seedlings will grow.

Life as a yoga teacher is a commitment to life as a student. Forever learning and growing. Forever humble.

Congratulations, yoginis!!! We wish you all the very best on your journey as a forever student and teacher of yoga. We look forward to continuing to support and walk this path with you.
