En República Dominicana gracias a que muchas personas me enchincharon (Quiere decir me sonsacaron) nace la idea de Healthy you, la Cocina de Luz By: Luz Paola Amaro G.; en la cual postearé recetas, tips de belleza, salud y comida saludable hechas por mi y a veces por mi mamá, pues estamos tratando de hacer un cambio positivo en nuestras vidas y que mejor manera de empezar que por dentro. Enfocada en la cocina saludable, espero que mis publicaciones sean de su agrado, me apoyen y me den sugerencias para mejorar. En el recorrido hacia el cumplimiento de nuestras metas a veces desfallecemos pero lo importante es levantarse y continuar hacia delante, siempre teniendo como guía a Dios y mucha determinación para que de esta forma se dé el cambio en nuestras vidas de manera positiva, espero este proyecto alivie corazones y que sea de bendición en sus vidas.
