I love traveling. But being away from home can be hard sometimes. Especially when your loved ones are waiting at home.

There are a few things I always take with me when I travel.

1. A good leather backpack and sling bag. So that I can be hands free.
2. A charging bank for my cellphone to have continual access to my Bible app.
3. A good book.
4. Hand Sanitizer, Cream and Lip Balm
5. My Zinzino Health Protocol Kit and LifeWave Patches to keep my immune system in shape.
6. And for snacks always fruits.

❓What are some of your favorite travel items.

Green juice floods your body with nutrients and hydration that are easily absorbed in your digestive system, especially when you drink it on an empty stomach. To make sure you still get enough fiber, it's great to alternate a healthy smoothie with a fresh green juice every other day or so.

I've noticed that when I consistently drink freshly juiced green veggies I have more energy, my skin is more clear, and I just feel better all around.
