Reflections assist those who are experiencing confusion, wandering, sundowning, disorientation, loss of recognition of familiar faces and tasks. Reflections encourage an active lifestyle. We want to channel behaviors into something positive. We want to connect with them in that moment and make every moment a meaningful one.
Our staff is trained in the concept of ability focused activity to provide an environment that minimizes unhealthy effects of the disease process. While abilities may diminish, the residents desire to succeed does not. Our programs are designed to allow the resident success while we emphasize their strengths and maintain their dignity.
Reflections is a journey of self-discovery including services, features and benefits that allow each resident to pursue their peak level of health, wholeness and fulfillment in our person-centered program design. We focus on areas of personal wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual and purposeful. Residents will experience an inspired dining, fun and lively activities that come together in our Reflections monthly calendar. The calendar will feature special events, group activities, arts, crafts, music therapy and social interactions.
