I started my journey looking for wellness when I was 18. I was looking for ways to heal my digestion and stumbled upon the work for Dr. Bernard Jensen.

Telos Wellness is a consulting, coaching and teaching company that assists people with relationships, mental wellness, depression, divorce, weight-loss, and personal issues. This lead me to an extraordinary journey on a small island in NE Thailand. There I met my first teacher who instructed me on Reiki and shared spiritual ideas that I had never before encountered. I am now 50–still learning and gathering information, enjoying every course, every teacher and every new friend I meet along the way. I feel blessed to have been given the parents and environment I did to foster such a rich path of awakening. I am here to share my own gifts and healing routes for mental well being, navigating as a single woman, desiring love, and loving my daughter ... all from the wisdom and perspecitve that I have gained. This is my contribution to this planet.

Detox your HAIR, not just your body.

Me: Raw and Real, no make up at 51, this is awesome 👏—sharing my secrets.

Hair Detox:
1/4 cup of each:
-Clay bentonite
-Apple cider vinegar
-Aloe Vera gel

Mix and apply to dry hair for 1/2 hour.

Tip: heat up the ACV before mixing and massage your scalp first for 5-10 minutes.

Tip 2: can sit in front of your red light therapy unit for 20-30 minutes for added benefit and warmth!

Tip 3: I go to bed with Sesame oil in my hair once a month to rehydrate.
