There’s something on your to-do list that gets pushed to the following day all week... or month? Won’t lie I do this so much. But I’m working on doing those things right away so it doesn’t keep nagging me in the background and I can feel better, sooner!
Is “getting IBD symptoms in check” on your to-do list? It might be surprising that a HUGE thing like our HEALTH gets pushed off weeks. Months. Even years. (Yes I have talked with many people who have suffered for years but didn’t do anything differently).
