الأساتذة والباحثين من أطباء الأسنان الراغبين في المشاركة في المؤتمر الى إرسال
ملخص الأبحاث، البوسترات على إيميل اللجنة العلمية للمؤتمر:

وعلماً بأن آخر موعد لاستقبال الأوراق العلمية هو 31/12/2025.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Calendar:
• Abstracts must be submitted before 31 December 2025.
• The conference scientific committee will send abstract notification emails within 14 days of submission.
• The conference scientific committee will specify the date and time for your presentation by 1 January 2026.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES
• Abstracts must be submitted via email.
• All abstracts must be prepared and presented in English only.
• Abstracts will be reviewed as submitted by the abstract deadline.
• No changes to abstract text, including correcting typographical errors, incorrect data, etc., will be permitted after this date.
• Authors will present only one abstract (for example: 1 abstract as presenting author and two abstracts as co-author)
• The submitting author must receive the approval of all co-authors before including their names on the abstract
• Abstracts of unfinished research will not be evaluated.
• Previously published abstracts (in print or any electronic format) or those presented at another meeting are not allowed.
• The submitting author must disclose any personal or co-author potential conflict of interest.

*PLEASE NOTE: Once you submit an abstract, you will no longer be able to edit your submission.

PRESENTATION & RESEARCH TYPES:
Oral Presentations or Posters Abstracts
• Authors can submit abstracts for Oral Presentations or Posters.
• The final presentation type of the accepted abstract is under the decision of the conference scientific committee.
• Projects being reported must be Original studies or Case reports. No literature reviews will be accepted.
• Oral Presentation authors are required to present their work as follows: Time limit for each presentation: 15-18 minutes maximum, with slides, followed by Q&A (2 minutes).

Original Research Abstracts
The evaluation by the reviewers is based on the following criteria:
• Originality of research
• Research methodology
• Results & analyses
• Clinical applications

Case Report Abstracts
The evaluation by the reviewers is based on the following criteria:
• Novelty of the idea
• Methodology of treatment
• Treatment or results
• Significance in clinical practice
• If the work is presented clearly.

Abstracts Words Limit:
350-500 words.
