Thank you to this incredible mother of 3 who agreed to share her photographs. After 3 kids, it was time to do something for herself! She had some minor breathing difficulties and wanted a smaller, more refined nose as well as a more refreshed look. She underwent a rhinoplasty and brow lift with me.

With the rhinoplasty, we took down the nasal dorsum, refined the nasal tip and improved its rotation. The nostril shape was also improved which also helped her with her breathing difficulties. The brow lift adds a subtle change to the eye area which gives a more refreshed and "wide-awake" appearance which is more aesthetically pleasing.

By addressing both the nasal contour and brow positioning, we achieved a refreshed, harmonious, and natural-looking transformation that enhances all her other beautiful facial features.

A "life changing experience"👃

This young gentleman had an injury as a child and had been suffering with a deviated nose with severe breathing problems for 30years! It was affecting his sleep, his ability to exercise and also his self esteem. He felt that everyone used to stare at his nose and used to shy away from photographs .

Due to early childhood trauma, the growth of his nose was completely asymmetrical resulting in a very abnormal nose. The nasal bones were deviated to the left, the septum was bent into the left nostril with a large posterior nasal spur. I managed to first straighten the septum, decrease the mild dorsal hump, straighten the nasal bones and do some symmetrising manoeuvres to refine and equalise the tip.
Here’s to healthy breathing, a brand new sense of confidence and many future photo shoots!

For the surgeons:
Open approach structural septorhinoplasty. Excision of deviated septal segment and nasal spur, straightening of dorsal septum with scoring and spreader grafts, septal replacement graft and septal extension graft to straighten and project the anterior septal component. High-low-high lateral osteotomies, transverse osteotomies with en-bloc nasal bone centralisation. For the tip, bilateral Osman flaps, 2mm lateral crural steal, cephalic dome forming sutures and suturing onto the SEG.
