In every family, the emotional climate often begins with parents. When parents model calm, empathy, and faith-filled resilience, they help create a home environment where children feel safe, valued, and understood.

This powerful reminder from the Mental Health in the Family Program encourages families to recognize how emotional awareness, healthy communication, and spiritual grounding shape the wellbeing of the entire household.

As parents regulate their own emotions and respond with patience and compassion, they set the tone for love, stability, and positive mental health at home.

Let’s build homes where emotional wellness is nurtured and every family member can thrive.

MENTAL HEALTH IN THE FAMILY
🧠 Change Your Thinking, Change Your Brain

Our thoughts have power. The way we think shapes our brain, influences our emotions, and impacts how we live each day. When we intentionally feed our minds with positive, healthy, and faith-filled thoughts, we create space for healing, clarity, and growth.

The Depression & Anxiety Education Program reminds us that caring for our mental health is not only important—it’s transformational. Small daily choices in how we think, what we consume mentally, and how we nurture our minds can make a lasting difference.

✨ Choose thoughts that uplift.
✨ Nourish your brain with truth, hope, and healthy habits.
✨ Take steps toward better mental wellness today.

📚 Launch of the Student Literature Evangelist Programme – SAU

Yesterday marked the official launch of the Southern Africa Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists Student Literature Evangelist Programme, an inspiring initiative designed to empower students to share the love of Jesus Christ through the power of the written word. ✨

This programme encourages young people to become missionaries through literature, helping to spread hope, truth, and faith within their communities.

The Bulletin Board Show was privileged to be present at this special occasion, providing live coverage, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments from the event. 🎥

We pray that each of us will play our part—no matter how small—in advancing the work of the Lord and sharing His message with the world. 🙏
