The is well under way and we have seen some fierce matches. Within these matches we have come to hear about some of the injuries that some of the players in all teams have sustained. With rugby's fiery intensity, injuries emerge as unwelcome foes. Yet, for Biokineticists, they transform into opportunities to heal and strategize. Let's look at some of the common injuries sustained during a world cup according to a study done on injuries during the 2019 Rugby World Cup (Fuller, C., Taylor, A., Douglas, M., & M, R. (2020).
