Breast cancer isn’t always about finding a lump 🍒
This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re sharing 3 things we wish everyone knew sooner:
1️⃣ Check your breasts in more than one position. Lying down, standing up and in the mirror. Some changes only show up in certain angles.
2️⃣ Look for skin changes too. Dimpling, redness, thickening or a ni**le that suddenly pulls inward, itches or flakes. These can be early warning signs.
3️⃣ Know your normal. Pick the same day every month, a week after your period works best, to do a self-check so it’s easier to notice changes early.
