Mind Prosperity recently hosted a small and intimate session on “Releasing Trapped Emotions.”

The heart behind this session was to keep it personal—creating a safe space to talk, ask questions, reflect, and truly engage with one another.

This was our very first session at Bloom Coffee, and it was a meaningful experience. Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to the conversation. A special thank you to Babre Muller and Bloom Coffee for allowing us to host this event at one of my favorite coffee shops in Bloemfontein.

A heartfelt thank you as well to Business Coach Dries Nieuwenhuizen from Cornerstone for your support, for being part of this event, and for sharing valuable insights with the group.
