Using my pilates reformer as part of my own training schedule

Reformer pilates classes are trending and I offer 1-on-1 sessions on this piece of equipment with cables and a moving base. It is a challenging core workout and I managed to demonstrate a few exercises without losing my balance.

Pilates is my therapy, but weight training is important for bodies so we do both in online classes. We split training sessions into two 30minute classes where the first is either body weight, theraband or weight training and the second class is MovemindfulLee- my blend of pilates, stretch, mobility and yoga.

We went on an adventure on our bikes today. This is our town's dam that is hidden in the hills and it is half empty (not half full) so we need to save water and shower with a bucket, flush after every second wee and shower quickly.
