"Say, Pooh, why aren't you busy?" I said.
"Because it's a nice day," said Pooh.
"Yes, but ---"
"Why ruin it?" he said.
"But you could be doing something Important," I said.
"I am, " said Pooh.
"Oh? Doing what?"
"Listening," he said.
"Listening to what?"
"To the birds. And that squirrel over there."
"What are they saying?" I asked.
"That it's a nice day," said Pooh.
"But you know that already," I said.
"Yes, but it's always good to hear that somebody else thinks so, too," he replied.

DO NOTHING. REST.
Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that doing nothing means doing nothing for yourself.
That being "unproductive" is somehow a waste.

We've been trained to always be busy — to chase results, check boxes, track steps, and fill every minute. We've forgotten something vital: rest is not a luxury. It's a necessity.

Doing nothing is doing something — something deeply valuable. It’s recharging. It’s healing.
Sitting in the garden with coffee, flipping through a magazine, taking a long shower...
That’s not time wasted — that’s time invested.

We are not machines. We are not productivity robots.
We are human beings.
And sometimes, just being is exactly what we need.
