It was such a simple moment, yet so profound. Our children are the future… and they’re learning from us every single day — how we manage emotions, handle challenges, and show up with kindness.

Whether in my classroom or counselling room, I see just how powerful mental health support can be. Let’s keep building a future where emotional well-being is a priority — at home, at school, and within ourselves.
