After 1 year of being in South Africa we FINALLY made it to the wine lands! 🍷

Nothing else to report, these pictures just look so suspicious 😂

We did this all in 1 day, just an hour outside of Cape Town. Thanks and for the best day 🫶🏼

The year is 2016, you’re turning 25 and you’ve just learnt to full-face snorkel without a life jacket, you laugh at vegetarians and love a good bacon sandwich, you’ve lost 2 stone at slimming world so buy the American Apparel disco pants, you’re chronically obsessed with researching all inclusive TUI holidays and go on your first holiday to Greece with your best friend, where you are ready to gain the 2 stone back at the all you can eat daily buffet, you become obsessed with holidays so go to Paris together, then to Poland with your work team from Heathrow Airport Security, which is a job you love and you think you’ll do for the rest of your life, even though you live for your days off and will do anything for a ‘3 for a fiver’ Budweiser night at Spoons and getting up on the pole at Smokey Joes, you live with your parents on a farm to save money for travel and beer and wouldn’t have it any other way, life is good. 🙏🏻

Obsessed with this “2026 is the new 2016” trend, it was honestly an elite year 😂😂

I’m honestly so excited (and a little emotional!) about this…!!!

Tomorrow my online ocean wellbeing studio goes live, and it feels like the most me thing I’ve ever created 🩵🧠✨

This studio is slow, grounding, ocean-inspired wellbeing, with tools for mental health, self-care and self-love that fit into real life, not just another thing to ‘keep up with’.

Yes it’s New Year, but if you know me then you’ll know that wellbeing and focusing on health and happiness happens all year round - this is not gimic!!!!

✨ Ready to create your most magical year yet? ✨

Back in the day (my old, completely different life 😆) I used to be so committed to New Year’s resolutions, I would write them down, plan them out, try to follow them perfectly, and year after year either I wouldn’t stick to them, or I’d feel like something was missing 😅

That all changed when I scrapped it all, began rebuilding my life from scratch and started tuning into my body and subconscious mind.

Instead of leading with my head, I began setting intentions that actually felt aligned, exciting and achievable. And let me tell ya, life feels completely different when you work with your nervous system instead of against it 🩵🧠✨

That’s exactly what we’re doing in my guided journaling workshop inside the Break the Surface Studio! A week in the Mother City exploring all our fav hotspots with my Mum and Dad! 🇿🇦

It’s easy to forget where you are within the day to day jobs and routines, but after nearly 4 years of being together and I have now found ourselves living at the end of the world, how cool that we can have visitors round and welcome them to our mountain beach home!

Grateful that life has led us here, this week was a trip of a lifetime ✨

✨Welcome to the Seychelles ✨

2 weeks onboard the Sea Bird with a wonderful crew, capturing the magic of the islands for a videography and photography project with and bonus I got to dive dive diveeee - not a bad couple of weeks at the office 🙌🏻

And in a super special turn of events, Luc went scuba diving for the first time ever and he was an absolute pro, now to get him OW certified 🐠

Seychelles has some incredibly unique wildlife and ecosystems, under-rated dive sites and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and I’m very lucky to have experienced some of it - we will definitely be back! Blue Mind magic at its finest 🩵

Romanticising mundane days of doing boring adult things is my new favourite thing! ✨

The novelty of things like a fully stocked fridge and owning house plants still haven’t worn off after travelling for so long and I think il stay that bit extra grateful for them forever.

But don’t fear, we’re missing travelling SO much and are back on the road and off on another adventure in one weeks time to a brand new country! Time to find someone to house sit the plants 👀🪴

The start of yet another chapter! 🐋

After living out of a suitcase, a van or at my parents house for the past decade, it’s become SO important to me to find my own home base, somewhere to call ours, a space to live the way we want to live!

Over the last 3.5 years of being together, and I have “lived” in a caravan in Portugal, a studio in Australia, with my parents in UK and various Airbnbs in Indonesia, Thailand and South Africa, and we are so ready to find somewhere more permanent to come home to inbetween adventures, as we have some exciting travel on the horizon and we getting too old for packing everything into bags and taking it with us each time 😆

The place we moved into 6 months ago unfortunately didn’t work out longer term but we have signed a lease for 12 months, which feels like a very long time!

We still aren’t sure what the future holds, but I am enjoying this process of finding out ✨

Any ideas for our blue mind home?! 🩵
