It would build trust, mutual respect, deepen compassion and this person would contribute as a "Boundary Bonus" to your life. A joy to share your heart and life with!

The most common feedback I receive from my students is about their experience in women's groups, workshops and circles.

Just recently one of my students said:
"I've realised that the methodology is less important than the facilitator. And it's the facilitator that will make or break an experience of connection with the group for me".

Dear, sensitive woman

We are inextricably connected to nature, yet the biggest illusion we’ve bought into is that we are separate from her. I believe this is what is causing our suffering, a deep longing ...

I'm about to sit down and try to write about the staggering things that happened to me in Kauai. I'm not sure that I'll find words. What I experienced was a transmission of feminine earth energy so strong, I know that I will never be the same again. That - and the knowing that we as a species need to start understanding and working with the subtle realms of ourselves and nature if we are to unlock the intelligences needed to get us through what's coming.

So, I've been having nightmares about a version of humanity that has given up. Worse that that, we were lost in the drama of exactly how we will die, and how dramatic we can make it. Three of them now. Totally disorientating and like something out of the Hunger Games. The last one also had the cataclysmic earth and climate changes, huge tsunamis and storms - just to add more delights, but there was this moment at the end of it that was so significant it woke me up. Three of us were standing looking at this epic storm that was about to start baring down on us, and someone said 'lets talk to it.' I witnessed my immediate response, which was 'No, your mad, let's RUN!' - and then I just stopped and thought....ancient tribes have always known how to work with the weather - and then I woke up.

We all know that energy follows thought - that heart based intention and prayer are so very powerful - now what about collective conscious dreaming? Collective meditation has been shown to have measurable impacts on surrounding areas, crime rates etc. Why not work collectively to envision our own evolution into the version of humanity that will only consider one future - a green one where we have brought ourselves back from the edge. That is the future I'm living into and I'm inviting you to join me.

I'll be speaking to this on Earth Day on the TreeSisters page. And, we'll be dreaming together, all around the world, on Tuesday at our free virtual event Dream the World Green. Anyone that knows me, knows that it will be a strong happening:-) Anyone that's felt me since Kauai will know that it will be stronger stil!
