**Why are our prices so affordable?** We order in bulk for salons and private clients, allowing us to bring you great deals on high-quality hair products. Once payment is made, your order will arrive in the Helderberg within 2 to 3 days. We offer door-to-door delivery all over RSA for added convenience.

The reason why our products are so cheap is because we order in bulk for salons and private clients. We are an online company. The products are imported.This is because of the cheap prices. We only order once payment is made and cleared. Once payment is made it takes 2 to 3 days to arrive in the Helderberg were you can collect. Otherwise postage is R130 all over RSA, delivered door to door. Orders are done most week days at 12:00.

Return and exchange:
Exchange can be made within 10 days from the arrival of your order.
You can either bring it in to our office or post it back. Buyer will pay for the return postage.
All hair items must be in original packaging, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free, with all tag, bands, seal bands intact
All hair which has been used/opened/tired on can't be exchanged.
We offer trying on services at our salon only.
These items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Any item out of its original packaging and hygiene ties removed cannot be exchanged or returned. We could modify it for custom order to meet requirements.
Any hair dye and liquid lines cannot be returned or exchanged.
All tints are quality guaranteed but result is depending on application experience, before color and texture.
Custom made hair pieces and ordered in items special requests cannot be exchanged or returned
