According to the World Health Organization, SUICIDE is the third leading cause of death among 15 - 29 year olds.

PLEASE check in with your loved ones and reach out for Trauma Release Healing if they are struggling mentally and emotionally.

Follow your gut, if something doesn't feel right, trust that feeling and seek help.

As a medium it is devastating when parents ask about their child. The guilt, the anger and disbelief they feel is overwhelming, and often they've tried everything in their power at the time to help their child.
