Stress and trauma are not just memories in the mind - they live in the body.

As Dr. Bessel van der Kolk reminds us, it’s not about what happened long time ago, it’s the residue that still lives inside you today. This residue can feel like:

- Panic attacks or anxiety
- Overwhelm, irritability, or depression
- Physical tension or pain
- Emotional reactivity or negative impulses and more

Whether your stress comes from childhood experiences, relationship struggles, burnout, illness, loss, or simply the relentless pace of modern life, it can remain stored in your nervous system. Over time, this impacts your mood, health, relationships, and your ability to feel calm, safe, and at home in your body.

That’s why I created this Introductory Body-Based Stress & Trauma Release Workshop - a supportive, science-informed safe space for women ready to release stored stress and reconnect with themselves.

Release Heal Renew

As life coach, Trauma Release® provider, recovered trauma survivor and a Djembe player I offer retreats, workshops and private sessions designed to help you release stress and tensions, heal traumas and renew your life, through the use of innovative self-healing techniques and ancient practices, that can re-connect you with the inherent rhythms of calm, joy, personal knowing and inner wellbeing.

I blend life coaching, trauma coaching, Tension & Trauma Release Exercises®, drumming therapy, breath work, process work and personal experience, offering natural, safe, and effective self-healing practices that can not only release stresses and traumas, but can also rewire the brain, form new neural pathways, accelerate physical and emotional healing, evoke inexplicable feelings of joy, boost the immune system, and improve flexibility and mobility for all sport related activities; yoga, pilates, running, cycling, swimming and more.

Methods thought have helped me in my own life recover from chronic muscle tension, grief, depression and 20 years of lower back pain, showing me that recovery from stress or trauma related symptoms doesn't have to be complex, heavy, pharmaceutical, or take years. It can be a short, inexpensive and - even an enjoyable process - that can unite and heal the mind, body and spirit on a very deep level.
