It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that the Jefthas family announces the peaceful passing of their beloved mother, Benita Cecilia Jefthas — a woman whose warmth, strength, and unwavering spirit touched every life she encountered.
Mama Benita was more than a mother — she was a pillar of her community. Known and deeply loved in her church family, on the rugby grounds, and throughout her neighbourhood, her presence brought light, laughter, and a love that knew no bounds.
She faced her final battle with extraordinary courage and grace, fighting until her very last breath — a true testament to the lionhearted woman she was.
To everyone who has sent prayers, messages of love, and words of comfort — the Jefthas family thanks you from the bottom of their hearts. Your support during this incredibly difficult time means more than words can express.
