Such dedication these Yogis consistently arriving on there mats through winter and spring 🪷 Our Ashtanga 7am flow classes continue at our small studio in Glencairn for now whilst we patiently await our new Space . Space is still limited Wednesday & Friday mornings 7am

What a magical weekend shared with beautiful people - Spring Yin Yoga Retreat with at the wild pod a truly magical place.
Opening & Closing ceremonies, Yin Yoga to awaken - Release - Grow , wood fire sauna and swimming in the dam , delicious food & heart connected conversations made this a really special . I look forward to hosting my next Yin retreat in 2026. Much love & Light to all who made this weekend so special and Thank you 🪷 my heart is full 🩷

I Love this time spent with our new part time 300hr YTT students this weekend as we explored this ancient philosophy of Traditional Chinese medicine and the practice of Yin Yoga. Yin has become one of my favourite modules to teach , As a teacher we not only share our knowledge and experiences but we also have the opportunity to learn and grow from each other.

Week 5 our final session of our Yin Series
The Element of Metal focusing on the Lung and Large Intestine meridians. The practice centred around the theme of letting go, grief, clarity, and breath, aligning beautifully with the autumn season.
