Festive season means more food, more fun, less routine… and honestly, that is okay 🎄
Instead of trying to follow a perfect plan, I am sticking to simple habits that help me feel my best.
I am eating three nourishing meals, moving my body in whatever way feels good, prioritising sleep and being intentional with snacks. 🫶🏼⚡️
This is not about doing everything perfectly.
It is about showing up for yourself gently, with care and awareness 💛
