It’s okay to feel tired, anxious, or drained right now. 🌿
The world can feel heavy sometimes—between work, responsibilities, news, and everything else life throws at us, it’s easy to feel like we’re carrying it all alone. And yet so often we’re told to “stay positive” or “keep going,” as if feeling overwhelmed is a failure.
Here’s the thing: it’s not. You don’t have to have it all together. You don’t have to be happy or productive all the time. You can simply pause, breathe, and give yourself the care you need.
