I don’t know who was most excited about our Crunchboxes arriving, me or the kids. It is the best quality and for the first time ever my 9 year old wanted to pack her own lunchbox. The food picks are so cute and works really well.
I will share what else I bought from them to make packing healthy lunchboxes easier and fun.

Most people knows that Magnesium is an important mineral for children, but Magnesium is a critical Mineral for children with ADHD because it is brain-balancing, nerve nourishing and body-calming. Almost all children today are deficient in Magnesium because we eat so many processed foods, wholefoods are less nutrient dense and stress also drains magnesium.

Magnesium deficiency can be a side effect of the ADHD medication a child is taking!!

Reading this made me realize why children that use ADHD medication with Release SCE has little to no side effects from their medication.
