💫 Last year we had a lot of requests for more Reiki and sound. So we listened and Reiki will be playing a stronger, more regular role in the studio this year. First Sunday of the month. Sacred healing though sound and reiki. This coming Sunday at 15.30.

Bloom & Become: A Mindful Morning in Sound Healing + Clay Therapy in Centurion, Nov 9, 10:00–14:00.

The morning began in stillness . Soft music, gentle light, and the quiet buzz of anticipation as everyone arrived.

It’s in those first few moments that the shift begins. When we put down our phones, take a breath, and remember how to just be.

Root & Rise wasn’t just an event, it was a reminder that calm isn’t something we chase. It’s something we return to.

If you were there, I hope this brings back the feeling of that first deep exhale.

You come and lay your head down for an hour and let the vibrations and frequencies of these powerful crystal quartz bowls shift your health from high cortisol or illness to feelings of bliss and health.

I have seen so much in just one year in this studio.
