Most people don’t realise how many everyday habits quietly drain their immune system. And it’s not about being perfect, it’s about being aware, so you can make small, gentle shifts that support your body to do what it’s designed to do… heal, protect, and keep you well.
These are some of the most common immune disruptors I see every day:
too much sugar, processed carbs, seed oils, toxin exposure, EMFs, not enough protein, over-sanitizing, low sunlight, very little fresh air or movement, medication overuse, and of course… stress.
But here’s the good news: you don’t need to overhaul your life.
Simple daily habits make a huge difference: real food, sunshine, protein, healthy fats, movement, nature, good sleep, less toxins, and calming your nervous system. Start with one small shift and build from there.
