Okay so let’s talk about energy… because I think we all know what it feels like to 𝘯𝘰𝘵 have it 😅

One of the biggest things my clients say after class is how much more energised they feel — and not in a wired, exhausted way… but like a genuine, feel-good boost 🔥

That’s because rebounding gets your circulation going, your oxygen flowing, and your whole body working together — without completely draining you.

So instead of leaving class feeling flat… you actually leave feeling better than when you walked in 💛

What an incredible morning surrounded by strong, supportive, powerful women 🤍

From pushing limits at each station to trying something new (yes… even rebounding 😉), it was such a beautiful reminder that strength looks different on everyone — but showing up is what matters most.

10 stations later… and suddenly everyone’s a rebounder 👀💃

Nothing makes me happier than seeing new faces fall in love with bounce 🤍 And what a pleasure to do all of this with the amazing 🤸🏼‍♀️
