Actively bring change into your routine, and with that, your life.
We've all heard the saying, "Be the change you wish to see in the world." Mahatma Gandhi is often credited with saying this. But little do people know, Gandhi actually didn't say this at all!
What Gandhi actually said was, "We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world changes toward him. This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness. We need not wait to see what others do.”
This goes even further. If you are feeling stuck where you are, then consider what you do daily. Make a change. Changing the energy around you will make changes to the world around you. So when you wake up tomorrow, start your day differently. In fact, change everything about your day. And do that consistently for the next 21 days, and see how the world around you changes, and reacts to your change. Bring new opportunities by bringing change into your routine, and with that, your life.

Do not ruin today with mourning for tomorrow. A great lesson. Worrying about tomorrow is the cause of anxiety. Learn to live for today. By staying present today, we lose all anxiety. Stay present. Enjoy each moment. By all means, plan ahead, but do not worry about tomorrow. Your actions and state of mind today will determine your tomorrow. Stay in the present moment, look for the beauty in the present moment. Look for the love, the little joys in the now, and see how the anxiety fades away. Become unattached to any outcomes or expectations of tomorrow. Enjoy this one moment. Have a blessed now moment.

Everything is created twice. First in the mind, then in reality. Remember the power of your thoughts and mind. It is the birthplace of reality. So take care of what you think on today, for it is creating your tomorrow's reality. It is sometimes better to have a clear, and empty mind, than one which is in chaos and so creating chaos. Be still. And become unattached to what may or may not come. And watch your life's purpose unfold in front of you. No fear, no anxiety. Start from a still mind.

Every day my wife tells me she is "Shutting down the voices" and then she shuts down her computer. You see, she works in the online space as a community manager, so you can imagine it is hectic all day, and if you don't shut it down, it never ends. Life can be like that. We need to "shut down the voices", close the computer of the mind, so it can reset, then reboot, and you are good to go for a little while longer. Meditation is this. Take time to shut down the voices, and just be in the quiet, and just be. Just be. Just be.
