Dopamine is either building your discipline or breaking it.
I've seen it in my own life.

If I chase the quick hits, everything feels harder, my focus drops and my standards slip.

When I choose the hard things first and lean into the discomfort - my brain learns that hard things bring progress.
One path feeds impulse.

The other builds my self-trust, confidence and discipline- the identity I want.

Training with me has never been about getting smaller. It’s about building strength for every area of life, from Hyrox races and endurance events to the quiet strength required at home.
