Today we say goodbye (for now) to the incredible Coach Adel, who sent us off with an epic WOD over the past weekend.

Adel brought an unmatched energy to every class she coached — a spirit that lifted the room, a smile that powered you through the toughest sets, and a drive that showed the heart of a true warrior.

From her quirky comments to her spot-on coaching cues, she’s left her mark on every single one of us. The PACK is stronger because of her.

We wish her nothing but success on her next adventure, and we know this isn’t goodbye — because Adel will always have a home at PACK LIFE.
