The organization's mission is to bridge the gap between high school learners and the labor market by equipping them with essential work-readiness skills and knowledge. Recognizing the adverse effects of high youth unemployment rates on mental and physical well-being, Project Potential strives to provide practical opportunities for young individuals to uplift themselves and create their own future. By offering comprehensive workshops, the organization equips learners in low-income settings with crucial skills such as interview techniques, professional writing, and an understanding of South African legislation. They guide participants in building a vision for their future and provide practical steps to help them achieve their goals.
