Our website has gone purple and here’s why:

The Amani Project will be participating in the silent shutdown in solidarity with on the 21st of November. On this day, all channels (website, emails and social media inboxes) will be inactive.

On the 22nd when we gather for Pilates and Breakfast, we will observe a moment of silence instead of our usual interactive check in and we will end our session with a sound bath as we observe a longer savasana. The entire session will be dedicated to all women in our country and the members of the LGBTQIA+ community. May we all be safe 💜

Our session this Saturday will end with a sound bath session with 🤍🧘🏾‍♀️

Sound is one of the most powerful ways to regulate the nervous system and as we stand in solidarity with , we have to take the time to tend to our wellbeing as well. We can do more when we take deeper breaths and when we are regulated.
