Quedaremos todos a las 11.00 en el patio con la fuente de la Universidad para realizar algunos ejercicios de estiramientos muy básicos para nuestra espalda!!!

From the WCCS-MCC we would like to thank everyone for attending the pediatric seminar that was prepared with such enthusiasm. Thanks Anaïs Badon: Chiropractic & Yoga for making this event as fun as it is enriching. The good reception of the seminar has encouraged us to have more projects in mind for this year. Stay tuned for the upcoming news and do not miss it.

The WCCS MCC wishes everyone a happy World Spine Day 2018!!!🤗🤗
Our chapter went into a local school to raise awareness of spinal health by talking to students!

We also organized some straightening up exercises in the college 💪
