The 2nd Sound Healing Training in South Africa. This time in Johannesburg from 19-23 June 2024.

This 5-day intensive training, we will be deep diving into the science and spirituality of Sound Healing.

This course is designed to equip you with everything you need to practice Sound Healing professionally, whether you specialise in group sound baths, one-to-one sessions, corporate wellness or integrating Sound into other holistic practices like massage or yoga.

In the training, we will cover:
• Theory and Science of Sound Healing
• Various Sound Healing instruments (Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, monochords, chimes, raindrums, and many more)
• In-depth and hands-on instrument practice
• Nada Yoga and deep listening
• Facilitating and Holding Space
• One-to-one Sound Healing Techniques
• Group Sound Healing Techniques

Through theory and practice, this course will give you the knowledge and experience to facilitate Sound Healing confidently.

Having dedicated nearly half of my life to working with Sound and with over five years of professional experience as a certified Sound Therapy practitioner, I am thrilled to share all that I have learned on my journey with you. This is something I have been working on for a while, so I cannot wait to deep dive into Sound with you.
