HEALTHY HIPS = HEALTHY LOWER BACK 🔐

Improving your hip mobility and strength is essential for maintains a healthy lower back. If you have tight or weak hips, this leads to compensation in the lower back and then leading to strain or injury.

Weighted mobility exercises increase strength and helps to stabilise the hip joint while enhancing the ROM.
