We’re proud to share that Dr Brenda Kubheka -Chauke will be a keynote speaker at the 2025 Global Research Council (GRC) Sub-Saharan Africa Regional Meeting, held in partnership with the Science Granting Councils Initiative (SGCI) Academic Symposium. This year’s GRC discussions focus on two key themes: reimagining inclusive open science for equity, justice and sustainability and research for sustainable communities.

The event is taking place in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe (10–14 November 2025), it brings together research leaders, policymakers, and science funding agencies from across the continent to strengthen collaboration and advance research excellence in Africa.

Dr Noyolo Ndamase is an Committee Member at the HPCSA Professional Conduct Inquiry and the Occupational Medical Director at Thahla Occuhealth with 20 years of experience in impairment, incapacity and disability evaluations for various occupations at different work sectors. She graduated from MEDUNSA in 2000 with an MBChB and obtained a postgraduate diploma in occupational health from Wits in 2005.
