Meet Stacey, a 35-year-old mom of two who struggled to lose weight after her kids.

Like most busy parents, we all feel like we don’t have time for ourselves, especially to focus on our own health and well-being because we end up focused on work and family.

With the help of One Balance Health coach Toni, Stacey made simple changes to her eating habits and lost over 5kgs in 4 months! More importantly, she’s losing dangerous visceral fat, which can lead to chronic conditions. She’s also added yoga once a week to balance her mind and body. Now this may not seem like a lot, but when you put it in perspective of not being able to shred that extra baby weight from the first pregnancy in 4 years, then 5KGS in 4 months is a huge milestone. Also factor in that this mamma didn't need to lose too much as she would then be under weight based on her height, etc.

Her journey proves that even small steps can lead to big changes! 💪💖
