Returning to Self, Together — 28 Days of Love in Action

I’m so glad you’re here 🤍

Today, we begin gently.

This journey is not about fixing yourself, becoming someone new, or doing things perfectly.
It’s about remembering who you are and allowing love to start from within.

Over the next 28 days, we’ll move slowly and intentionally:

💗Returning to self
🌿 Expanding love outward
🌊 Trusting life
🤍 Deepening connection

There is no pressure to “keep up.”
If you miss a day, you simply return — just like we do with ourselves.

✨ Today’s intention:
To arrive.
To soften.
To begin with kindness.
Take a deep breath.

Today is not about digging deeper. It’s about honouring what you’ve already seen, felt, and softened over the past days.

Shadow work isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about remembering who you are with more compassion.

Prompt:

✨ What is one insight, feeling, or realization I want to carry forward from this journey? It can be small. Quiet. Simple.

🫶 Gentle Practice:

Place a hand on your heart and take three slow breaths.

With each exhale, silently say:
“I choose to move forward with awareness and kindness.”

🌱 Affirmation:

“I honour all parts of myself and move forward whole.”

Today we explore forgiveness — not as something you must do, but as something that unfolds when and if you’re ready.

Forgiveness does not mean excusing behaviour, forgetting what happened, or reopening doors that were closed for a reason.

It simply means loosening the grip something still has on your heart.

Prompt:

✨ Is there someone — including myself — I’m still holding tension toward? What would it feel like to soften, even by 1%?

This isn’t about forcing release. It’s about honesty and self-protection.

🫶 Gentle Practice:

Take a slow breath in…
Then a longer breath out.
Imagine gently placing the emotional weight you’ve been carrying down beside you — not throwing it away, just resting it.

🌱 Affirmation:

“I release what weighs heavy on my heart, at my own pace.”

Today we gently focus on reclaiming parts of yourself that may have been left behind — dreams, traits, or feelings you once muted to fit in or stay safe.
Nothing is broken. Nothing needs fixing. This is simply an invitation to remember.

Prompt:

✨ Is there a part of me I once loved, expressed, or dreamed of that I quietly set aside? What might it need from me now?

You don’t have to act on it — just acknowledge it.

🫶 Gentle Practice:
