Musings on Dosage. I Love that herbal medicine is so nuanced , a living breathing sensory connected interaction

Ofcourse we can learn form those who came before us, studies and others about dosage which is SO valuable but its also quite powerful to feel into it for yourself-being a more active participant in a way and intentionally observing how your unique body responds

This is obvs applicable to appropriate herbs 😊 and situationual

Ps : sorry for the low lighting , filmed this as the sun was setting now and trying to let go of percieved perfectionism that sometimes holds me back from sharing valuable aspects of my process

Pastilles are a cermonious herbal preparation ,made with powdered herbs( in carefully considered dosage and combination ) and local raw honey ( usually fynbos honey)

A little herbal tip of the day for making the most of flower medicine : always Include the bracts aswell as the petals into your brews as this part of the often flowe contains lots of resins, oils , nectar, aroma , juu ... :) especially blooms like Calendula !
