On your way to becoming the best version of yourself, expect to be misunderstood.
You’ll even question yourself with that jerk voice that lives inside of your head.

When you trade out your old habits that hold you back, for habits that propel you forward, you will inevitably be questioned because that isn’t normal these days.

Especially if you are driven in midlife when most think we should be slowing down.
We aren’t slowing down.
We aren’t settling for status quo.
We aren’t past our prime.
We ARE finding out what we are made of and just exactly what we are capable of accomplishing.

Every single habit that I’ve eliminated that held me back, has allowed for me to arrive at the place I am now. There have been days, months, years of struggle. A lot of me in my own head.
I decided to become my own best hype guy. The last person I need questioning my worth is me. I live inside my mind and body daily and I need to be my own best advocate. You should be this for yourself too.

Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips 🧀✨

Thin, crunchy chips with a savory bite.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
• 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon small portions of cottage cheese onto the sheet and spread into thin circles.
Sprinkle parmesan, garlic powder, and salt on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool completely—they crisp up as they cool.
Serve and enjoy.

Fluffy Cottage Cheese Cloud Bread ☁️🧀

A light, airy bread with a soft texture.

Ingredients:

• 3 large eggs, separated
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix egg yolks with blended cottage cheese and salt until smooth.
Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture in batches—keep it light and airy.
Spoon into small rounds on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden and set.
Let cool slightly before serving.

90-Second Bread 🍞⏱️
A soft, single-serve bread ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
• 1 large egg
• 3 tbsp almond flour
• 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
Instructions:

In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, mix all ingredients until smooth.

Microwave on high for 90 seconds until set.

Let cool slightly, then remove from the mug.

Slice in half and toast if desired for better texture.

Use for sandwiches or enjoy as is.

1 lb beets, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb butternut squash, peeled
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
¾ tsp salt, divided
½ tsp black pepper

To Assemble
1 large avocado, sliced
¾ cup whole milk ricotta cheese or burrata, goat cheese
½ cup pecans, toasted
2 tbsp fresh parsley or mint, chopped
