Assisted Adult Home Carers was established, as a result of a perceived need, which was crying out for attention. With senior staff having worked in this industry since 2006, we saw a need for Professional, Caring, Competent and Dedicated Nurses, Auxiliary Nurses, Care Givers and Baby Sitters; for the Infirm, Elderly and Convalescing Patients at their homes. These range from Pre and Post Operative Care, Terminal, Frail and those in need of a companion. With all our Carers, the desire to exceed the patient and client expectations with regards to the level of kind, love based, dedicated professional service at all times. The company, being involved at all levels, at all times to ensure complete patient, client satisfaction continuously: To treat All Patients with Respect, Dignity and Love. The company has grown exponentially, spreading our wings from Johannesburg to Mpumalanga. Along with other sister companies, we have seen a remarkable growth and are well positioned to assist in any situation, at any time. As we only employ qualified, experienced staff, with full reference checks. As a result, we can with certainty claim to be one of the leading companies in PROFESSIONAL HOME BASED CARE. With qualified Area Managers overseeing all the posts that are filled in their area, from 6 hours a day to a full Twenty Four hour service, we are more than able to see that your every need is covered. Be this from full Frail Care, all the way to just a Companion needed at times. We have staff that are licensed to drive, change dressings and deal with those who are bedridden. A short list is attached, to give you an idea of our versatility. Our rates are not just reasonable, but take into account the current financial state of most of those in need of this sort of service. These rates are available on request, as these will automatically differ for each client and their special needs. We will always try to match your Caregiver to your family, as they at times become part of the family they are looking after. BASIC CARER SERVICES OFFERED
We are able to provide a service which includes, but is not limited to the following services. Each of these builds up on the previous Service Level. Not all our Carers have Driving Licenses, but for those that do it remains the responsibility of the Client / patient to ensure that any vehicle driven by a Carer will be covered by the Vehicle Owners Own Insurance. o Companionship - The Care Giver Companion, spends time with the Patient, and keeps them occupied in their home environment. They can also accompany the Patient to town or on shopping trips. The Carer becomes part of the family and spends time with her Patient as required or needed by the Patient. Going for walks where possible, and keeping them active and an important part of the family. She will also keep the patients environment clean, and assist with personal hygiene. o Care Giver - The Care Giver has some medical training, though she has not completed her training or passed the final examinations as yet. She is able to assist with general Hygiene, such as bathing, meal preparation, spends time with the Patient, and keeps them occupied in their home environment. o Auxiliary Nurse - The Care Giver, spends time with the Patient, and keeps them occupied in their home environment. An Auxiliary Nurse is able to spot potential medical problems or symptoms which arise, and tackle these timorously. o Enrolled Nurse - The Care Giver, spends time with the Patient, and keeps them occupied in their home environment. Enrolled Nurse’s are fully qualified.
