As true as the saying goes,'you are what you think'.
Most often, what you think comes from a place that you don't seem to look for the source, your subconscious.
Behaviors are learned, and we all know how behaviours can change many of the outcomes of our lives.
Just as it can be learned, it can also be unlearned.
This is when Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is used, and one may find great benefits from it when applied.
