This is my favourite positive mindset affirmation for difficult times. That’s why I have a printed copy of it in my therapy room, right where I and my clients can see it the moment we walk in. It’s a gentle reminder that even when we don’t have all the answers, we can choose to trust that life is unfolding exactly as it should.
This affirmation isn’t about pretending everything is perfect. It’s about shifting your energy from fear and resistance to trust and calm. When we say “All is well,” we send a message to the nervous system that we are safe in this moment. Our body softens, our breathing slows, and our mind begins to open to solutions instead of spiraling into worry.
Louise Hay often taught that our thoughts shape our experiences. Magic happens with the conscious choice to believe that there is meaning, growth, and even blessings hidden inside every challenge.
I’ve seen this happen again and again for myself, and for my clients. A situation that once felt impossible begins to shift, sometimes gently, sometimes dramatically. And it starts with that one line: All is well.
So if you’re going through a difficult time right now, try pausing for a few moments, place your hand on your heart, and repeat:
💫 “All is well. Everything is working out for my highest good. Out of this situation only good will come. I am safe.”
You deserve to feel safe. You deserve to trust that good things are coming your way. And you deserve to remember that life always has a way of guiding you back to peace.
