Did you know that breast cancer can also affect your eyes?
While breast cancer primarily impacts breast tissue, it can have unexpected effects on your vision and eye health, especially during treatment.
👁️ Possible eye-related issues include:
Dry eyes and irritation (common during chemotherapy or hormone therapy)
Blurred vision or difficulty focusing
Watery eyes due to blocked tear ducts
In rare cases, metastasis to the eye can occur, leading to vision changes
✨ If you're undergoing treatment or supporting someone who is, don’t ignore vision changes. An eye exam could make a big difference.
