Turning 7️⃣ on the 7th! 🥳 🎉

It’s been quite a journey from our very first patient to now, I have grown in ways I never thought were possible. Every single person I have worked with has shaped the person and professional I am today. Thank you to everyone that has trusted my practice over the years. Thank you to everyone who has worked alongside me. Thank you to everyone who has ever mentioned me and referred to me. Thank you to everyone who has rooted for me over the years.
My family and friends have carried me through this journey and I will forever be grateful. As a child of God I am unapologetic about my faith and had it not been for the Lord who was always by my side, I wouldn’t have made it this far.
I am just a young woman who found her passion in speech therapy and helping others. As we have grown we know that we may have fallen short in some areas throughout the years. We hope you will continue to extend grace to us as a practice.

Super grateful and looking forward to the future.

Today we celebrate our AUsome kids 💙
We need to move beyond awareness and choose acceptance. How do we do this? By creating spaces where every autistic child feels seen, understood, and valued just as they are.
Try this:
• Listening before correcting
• Following the child’s lead, not forcing compliance
• Valuing communication in all its forms
• Creating safe, sensory-friendly spaces
• Teaching others to be kind, patient, and inclusive

It’s in the small, everyday choices; that’s where acceptance lives.

Individuals with Down syndrome bring so much joy, resilience, and light into the world; and today is a reminder of just how much they are capable of.
