Happy New Year! (Are we still allowed to say that? 😬)

I trust that you entered the year well, strong and in GOOD spirits.

We've been on a break and not for any other reason than that we wanted to take the opportunity to get ourselves prepared for the year ahead.

2020 was not an easy year but you pressed on and you have officially made it out to the other side! 💪🏾

Last year was a year that taught us not to take ANYTHING for granted. We must be grateful, we must be present, we must be disciplined and we must be deliberate.

In essence, we must be INTENTIONAL.

TSculpt is still on a mission to educate, expose and invite you to all things wellness, fitness, fun, outdoors with a very specific focus on BALANCE and INTENTION.

Let us move with grace, purpose and yeah you guessed it INTENTION.
