today, is just a tuesday. today i had to wake up and go to work like so many of you. but, today i choose to celebrate. i celebrate all the small victories in my life. one of them being that i have refused 700 single-use take-away cups and used a reusable one instead. this means that there are 700 less single-use cups that ended up in our landfills.

even though we strive for massive victories and successes, don’t forget to celebrate the small ones as well.

one of my absolute favourite places:

not only do they have great coffee but you can also buy your groceries package free. they have fresh produce, flours, legumes, free range eggs, fresh breads even honey, oils, yoghurt and much, much more. all you need to do is bring your own containers, glass jars and reusable bags. they weigh and then you pay.

if you live in bfn or if you are driving through, this is definitely a ‘must-visit’ coffee shop.
