I'm Dee, welcome to my My Journey with Joah. I am the first time mom of an almost 2 year old toddler, Joah.

I have an Honours degree in Psychology and Social Work, as well as play-based intervention experience. My absolute passion for ensuring Joah flourishes with DIY activities I create at home, has encouraged mom's to request that I start this page to share truly simple but effective ideas with others.

Join me as I share ideas and activities to enhance your child's development and provide support for your own Journey with Motherhood.

Busy baby needing your attention but you have things to do?
Such a simple concept and was so quick... ok, no colours of rainbow rice in this quick plan of distraction, but it worked just as well!
